"You have prepared an Annual Review for me for at least three years now.  One thing that sticks out for me last year was the possibility that I would have health issues.  Your predictions encouraged me to 'seek medical help and it would be available.'  Ironically enough when I was training for the Dublin marathon, I asked my family doctor if he could do a stress test.  He sent me to a specialist and to make a long sotry shorter, I have in fact a heart condition that has been down graded in the past year to Arterial Fibrillation!  I take beta blockers and warfarin and actually had the cardiologist help set up my running program for me last year. Ireland was a success and I didn't struggle as much as previous years since I trained a whole different way.  I knew it would be good - you told me to take a trip in October (Dublin Marathon) and that it would be a successful one.  I am looking to run Athens, Greece in November so I look forward to reading how that month will work out.  Left unchecked, I would not be sending this note off to you today.  I most likely would have had a stroke or heart failure.  Those are the cardiologist's words - not mine!"
